How It Works
We guide you through the process of exploring and comparing services, whether you need a cloud-based phone system, high-speed internet, or traditional phone lines, from a range of leading carriers. Once you choose the solution that best fits your organization, your contract and ongoing support will be handled directly by the carrier. 

The provider compensates Twin Bridges Solutions for helping make the connection, so there’s no additional cost to you. 

Here’s what to expect when working with us. 

Your contract is always with the carrier you choose. They provide the service, set the terms, and handle everything from installation to billing and support. Our role is to help you cut through the noise, compare your options, and often secure better rates than you’d get by going directly to the carrier. And throughout the process, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

 Yes, you can keep your number. Thanks to Local Number Portability (LNP), moving your phone numbers to a new carrier is a standard process. We handle the details by working directly with your current provider to make sure the transition is smooth and your service isn’t interrupted. 

And in the future, if you ever decide to change carriers again, you’ll be able to port your numbers away as long as you’ve met the terms of your existing service agreement with the carrier.  

Our initial consultations are always free.  We're paid by the service providers when you choose a longer-term agreement (usually 24-36 months+). This means you benefit from our expertise and save money without any upfront fees. We'll clearly explain any potential fees beforehand for shorter agreements or complex projects. We're committed to finding you the best possible solutions and savings. 

 The chosen provider will send your invoice. We are your telecom advocate, not a direct provider. We work with a network of top carriers (Spectrum, Verizon, Comcast, Vonage, and more) to secure the best rates and features for you, handling the time-consuming tasks of price shopping and contract negotiation. 

Yes, you can. However, using Twin Bridges Solutions unlocks exclusive rates and benefits you won't get on your own.  We save you time and money by comparing providers, leveraging industry connections for better deals, and providing guidance to find the perfect solution. 

We will typically contact you within 24 hours to schedule a 30-minute consultation via phone or video conference.  If you wish to proceed with a preliminary quote after the consultation, we'll request a recent phone and/or internet service invoice (account numbers may be redacted). We will then provide a preliminary quote and cost comparison within three business days  

Yes, you can. Simply complete our online form, and we'll provide a preliminary estimate from a trusted partner within three business days. Please note that preliminary estimates are subject to change based on factors such as time elapsed, changes to supplier prices, project scope adjustments, and site surveys. We'll primarily communicate via email, and only call if specifically requested. 

Free initial consultations. We're paid by the service providers for longer-term agreements (24-36 months+). For shorter agreements or complex projects, we'll discuss any fees beforehand. We're dedicated to saving you money. 

We can certainly assist you in understanding your current quote. However, please be aware that our special pricing may not be applicable if you've already received a quote directly from a provider. Carrier agreements often restrict the application of our discounts in those situations. To maximize your savings, we recommend engaging us from the beginning to explore the best available options.
