Yes. In most cases, your numbers can be transferred to a new provider through Local Number Portability (LNP), which is a standard industry process.

Once you move forward, the provider you select coordinates the number transfer and works with your current carrier to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

If you choose to switch providers again in the future, your numbers can typically be ported out as long as your current service agreement has been satisfied.

Your invoice comes directly from the provider you choose.

However, if you choose to engage directly with a carrier, we typically won’t be able to access or apply certain unpublished rates, promotions, or partner incentives on your behalf.

Working through Twin Bridges Solutions allows us to compare multiple providers at once and present options that may not be available through standard direct channels.

We can certainly assist you in understanding your current quote and help you understand how it compares to other options.

However, if you’ve already engaged directly with a provider, we may not be able to apply certain partner pricing, promotions, or incentives. In many cases, those are only available when we’re involved before the quoting process begins.

For the broadest range of options and pricing, it’s best to involve us early so we can compare providers on your behalf.
